We appreciated the help from Jack and his manager when we (my son and I) went in looking for a car for him. My credit is not great now and his is non existent yet. We had a budget in mind but another dealer down the street was trying to tell us that we needed to practically double our price so a bank would work with us. Jack’s manager said “I hate when other dealers say that” I know we can find what you want/need at or near your price and will find the right financing option for you. They asked my son his preferences and found us a car on the lot that suited our needs. We will be back to look for the next car at Carl Black.
